My Story

Hi, I'm Helen. Having undergone massive transformational upheaval in my life from the three practices I bring to you, I feel it is my life's mission to help other's achieve similar life transformations. A house fire in 2014 destroyed most of my possessions and left me homeless...and made me realise that real joy comes not from tangible things we own, but from true connection. My spiritual journey led me on a path that introduced me to reiki, massage and hypnotherapy, and once I was exposed to the healing powers of these holistic therapies, I wanted to learn these practices and help others change their lives for the better. I've been described as a natural healer, and I have an aptitude for connected with people at soul level. Let's start our journey together through the fire of transformation!
